The Governor’s Commission on the CITY OF SOUTH FULTON, Georgia is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for Building Inspection and Plan Review Services. The contractor shall provide all staffing necessary to accomplish the scope of work defined in the RFP A complete description of the services sought for this project can be found in the following location https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B8H7XNEryoc4NFI1V1k2U3ZxaHc/view?usp=sharing. Building Inspections and Plan Review Services are housed within the Planning & Community Development Department under the overall supervision of the Planning & Community Development Director.

 

Questions in reference to this RFP should be in writing to the Camilla Moore, Chairman, Governor's Commission for the City of South Fulton, GA, (email:camillajmoore@gmail.com). before 5:00 PM, EST on March 30, 2017. All questions will be answered by addenda no later than 5:00 PM, EST, April 5, 2017.

 

Proposals may not be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the time and date set for closing, except as allowed by OCGA.  South Fulton reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any technicalities, to waive any informality, to reject portions of the proposal, and to award contracts in a manner consistent with the interest of the City of South Fulton and the laws of the State of Georgia.
